Orioli Coffee is a family-run project built around a transparent and demanding approach to specialty coffee.
The beans are sourced from Fazenda Bagagem in Brazil, a farm deeply committed to environmental preservation, where around 75% of the land is kept as a protected natural reserve, safeguarding local biodiversity and ecosystems.
The coffee is 100% Arabica, grown under certified sustainable practices and purchased through a direct-trade model, without intermediaries. This close relationship ensures full traceability, fairer compensation at origin, and consistent quality throughout the supply chain.
In Lisbon, the coffee is roasted to order by the Orioli family, in small batches, to preserve freshness and highlight the coffee’s natural character.
